Job summary

MVSI PTE. LTD seeks an experienced Test Automation Lead to transform a global SaaS platform. You will design the framework, configure Testsigma, and personally build automated tests while coaching testers. This hands-on leadership role is initially without direct people management but plans to grow the team over time. It is a fully remote position with cross-functional collaboration.

You will shape automation strategy, integrate tests into CI/CD, and elevate quality across delivery streams.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience building automation for complex SaaS or web apps.
• Proven track record creating a test automation framework from scratch.
• Experience with Testsigma or similar low-code/no-code platform.
• Strong UI, API, integration, regression and data-driven test automation.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, database validation and test-data management.
• Experience integrating test automation with CI/CD pipelines and source control.
• Knowledge of risk-based testing, regression design, traceability and defect management.
• Experience coaching manual testers and building automation capability.
• Fluent English and ability to work fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Assess current manual regression and define automation roadmap.
• Configure and administer Testsigma as MVSI's automation platform.
• Develop UI, API, integration and data-driven tests.
• Create reusable test components and reliable test data.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD, build and release processes.
• Coach manual QA through pairing and practical training.
• Report automation coverage, reliability, cycle-time savings, defects and delivery risks.
