Job summary

Orisysenc Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking experienced candidates for government tender management and ePerolehan to support tender operations, from initiation to submission. The role demands meticulous, responsible professionals capable of handling multiple tenders concurrently.

You will liaise with Finance, Operations, and Technical teams, review documents, ensure deadlines, and mentor junior staff. Strong Bahasa Malaysia and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of tender/procurement experience (M&E / E&E).
• Must have experience in ePerolehan and MyProcurement for government tenders.
• Experience managing multiple tenders simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Orisysenc Sdn Bhd is seeking experienced candidates in government tender management and ePerolehan to support the company’s tender operations. We are looking for candidates who are meticulous, responsible, and capable of handling the tender process from initiation to submission.

Responsibilities

Manage the tender process from start to submission

Prepare and review tender documents

Ensure compliance with ePerolehan and government tender requirements

Ensure all tenders are submitted completely and within deadlines

Liaise with internal departments such as Finance, Operations, and Technical

Supervise and assist junior tender staff

Prepare tender status reports and monitor KPIs

Assist with post-tender processes after successful awards

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering and equivalent discipline.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tender or procurement (especially in M&E / E&E)

MUST have experience in ePerolehan, MyProcurement (especially government tenders)

Experienced in managing multiple tenders simultaneously

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English

Supervisory experience is an added advantage

Senior Executives ready to step up to Assistant Manager level are encouraged to apply
