Job summary

EVD Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a Bid Coordinator to support tender submissions. You will prepare technical and commercial documents, coordinate with suppliers, and help craft competitive proposals aligned with pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or E&E or ELV or related engineering field.
• Strong negotiation & relationship management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, maturity, quick thinking and quick learning.
• Strong communication & presentation skills.
• Strong multi-tasking, coordination & project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare, design and compile bid submission documents (technical and commercial) for tendering/bidding.
• Support Bid Manager/Tender & Budget HOD in preparing bid submission documents per pricing strategy.
• Prepare presentations covering proposed solutions for tenders to assist Bid Manager to meet customer needs.
• Keep up to date with current product technologies and their application to support Tender & Budget Team/Sales.
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, vendors and subcontractors during tendering to ensure competitive bids with innovative solutions.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor or company.
