CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (M) SDN. BHD. in Malaysia seeks a detail-oriented Tender Quantity Surveyor to manage the full tender cycle from take-offs to final submission, based in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur.

You will review drawings and specifications, price BOQs, and prepare cost estimates. Mandarin-English communication is required; CostX/Bluebeam proficiency is advantageous for efficient pricing and supplier coordination.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or closely related discipline.
• 3–5 years of hands-on tendering experience in C&S works.
• Fluent English and Mandarin for internal comms.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents and drawings to understand project scope.
• Perform quantity take-offs and price Bills of Quantities.
• Prepare tender pricing and cost estimates for C&S works.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.
• Update tender submissions with addenda and price revisions.
