Job summary

China Communications Construction Company (M) Sdn. Bhd. (CCCC Malaysia) is seeking a qualified tender professional to support government and private project tendering in Kuala Lumpur.

You will prepare tender documents, budgets, and quantities, and ensure compliance with tender requirements. The role involves organizing tender records, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and contributing to cost calculations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering management, Quantity Surveying or similar.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing development, tendering organization/QS or project management.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to overtime or outstation; able to follow superior work arrangements.
• Preferably Certificate of Quantity Surveying or related experience with a Chinese construction company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
• Check the accuracy and correctness of the tender and ensure documents meet requirements.
• Organize government documents, tendering documents, etc.
• Collect and organize market resources and maintain a local market resource information database.
• Coordinate, manage and control all tender documents, drawings and tender exercises.
• Inquire and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers during tendering.
• Participate in cost calculation of tender documents and adjust BQ as needed.
