Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Tenant Coordination Lead to manage tenant fit-out activities in Kuala Lumpur and liaise with tenants, consultants, contractors, and project teams to meet schedules and building requirements.

You will review submissions, monitor progress, coordinate site inspections, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance throughout the handover process, delivering successful tenant completions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in tenant coordination, fit-out management or related projects.
• Experience in commercial high-rise, mixed-use developments or large-scale buildings preferred.
• Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to read and understand construction and fit-out drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
