Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a motivated Tenant Coordinator to support tenant coordination and fit-out activities at Menara 118 in Kuala Lumpur. You will coordinate with tenants, contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure timely submissions and approvals, while monitoring progress on site.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in a related field, experience in tenant coordination or interior fit-out, strong communication and documentation skills, and is available immediately for a

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in tenant coordination, tenant fit-out, interior fit-out, or construction coordination.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Experience in commercial or high-rise projects is an advantage.
• Immediate availability preferred.
