A retail company in Selangor is seeking a candidate for the Tenancy Documentation and General Administrative role. The position involves preparing and filing tenancy documents, ensuring proper organization and timely follow-ups with internal signatories. Candidates should have at least one year of administrative experience, preferably in property management, though fresh graduates are welcomed. Essential skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, good communication, and being detail-oriented.
Assist in preparing related documents based on approved templates.
Ensure proper filing in physical files and/or e-filing system.
Follow up with internal signatories for signing and return of agreements to ensure timely completion.
Perform document scanning and uploading in e-filing system.
Compile agreements and/or documents for tenants, landlords and internal signatory.
Assist in preparing simple reports and documents related to tenancy administration.
Other ad-hoc assignments.
Minimum 1 year experience in administration, preferably in property management or tenancy administration (fresh graduates will be considered).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to follow instructions.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
