Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Sales Coordinator to support daily sales administration, order processing and customer service operations within a manufacturing or distribution environment in Malaysia.

The role requires SAP and CRM proficiency, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records, coordinate deliveries, and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Sales Administration, Logistics or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Sales Coordination, Order Management or Sales Administration.
• Good working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in processing sales orders, managing customer purchase orders and coordinating delivery schedules.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders and create corresponding sales orders and order confirmations in SAP.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and monitor order fulfilment.
• Provide timely updates on delivery schedules and shipment arrangements.
• Manage customer documents, including long-term supplier declarations.
• Monitor customer credit limits and assist with billing activities and pro-forma invoices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Finance and internal teams to ensure efficient order processing.
• Provide backup support and translations and general office tasks as needed.
