Job summary

Frencken Mechatronics (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to manage customer accounts, coordinate orders and maintain strong client relationships. You will ensure smooth order fulfilment and collaborate with internal teams to deliver quotations and documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales administration—manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of SAP System is an advantage.

• Excellent planning, organizational and follow-up skills.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator, Sales to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in managing customer accounts, ensuring smooth order fulfilment, and maintaining excellent relationships with our valued clients.

Requirements

Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline.

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales administration — experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP System is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
