Job summary

DCS Card Centre Sdn Bhd is seeking a strategic Telesales Manager to lead our outbound sales team and drive growth across campaigns for credit cards and personal loan facilities. You will manage performance, analyze leads, and execute data-driven strategies in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
• Significant experience in telesales management, ideally within financial services or banking.
• Proven track record of managing sales teams and driving consistent performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong discipline in lead management and the ability to interpret sales data to improve call strategies.
• Exceptional persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• High level of competency in MS Office and CRM system management.
• Deep expertise in credit card or loan sales lifecycles.
• A "lead conversion" mindset with a focus on maximizing ROI from marketing campaigns.
• Resilience, self-motivation, and the ability to inspire a team under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute telesales strategies aligned with campaign objectives for credit cards and personal loan facilities.
• Supervise, mentor, and coach a team of Telesales Officers, ensuring daily call targets, talk time requirements, and monthly sales quotas.
• Conduct lead analysis and management to ensure efficient lead utilization and improve conversion rates.
• Refine structured and persuasive sales pitches and provide consultative selling guidance to the team.
• Ensure all team activities comply with MAS regulations, policies, and voice logging requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end application processing and maintain high data accuracy in CRM systems.
• Provide advanced customer service support and manage complex cases or objections escalated by the team.
