Job summary

You will manage and optimize campaigns, reviewing keywords, bids, budgets, and ad copy to improve performance and ROI, while producing actionable reports for clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for sales and client engagement.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a structured manner.
• Interested in digital advertising and emerging technology products.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese speaking is a plus.
• Able to read and type in Chinese (Traditional Chinese preferred).

Responsibilities

• Connect with business owners and help them grow their business through digital advertising solutions.
• Understand customers' business goals and recommend suitable advertising strategies to improve their online presence.
• Manage and optimize customers' ads campaigns by reviewing ad performance, keywords, bids, budgets and so on.
• Monitor campaign results and provide recommendations to improve advertising performance and ROI.
• To manage and optimize existing advertisement campaign components including ad copy, bid prices, cost per conversion, CPC, keyword research, etc.
• To help create and implement campaign strategies including keyword research and analysis.
• To create performance reports with recommendations for improvements.
• Tracking of funds in accounts and maintaining accuracy.
• Knack of implementing new technologies and automation capabilities that enhance SEM efforts.
• Any other duties assigned by management to support quality management.
