Job summary

Epic Chemicals Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Telesales Executive to promote our food ingredient products. You will make outbound calls, identify opportunities, and build strong customer relationships while explaining product applications, pricing and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree holder. Fresh graduate is encouraged.
• Knowledge in Standards and Regulatory requirements will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Customer oriented with good communication skills.
• Reports preparation and transaction updates.
• Self-starter and ability to work on own initiative and in team.

Requirements
