JANICE RESOURCES is seeking a proactive Telesales Executive based in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. You will generate sales through outbound calling, build client relationships, and convert leads into opportunities, contributing to our growth strategy within a supportive, results-driven team.

You should have proven outbound sales experience, strong communication and persuasion skills, and a track record of meeting targets.

About the role

JANICE RESOURCES is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This is a full-time position based in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calling, building relationships with potential clients, and converting leads into valuable business opportunities. This position is fundamental to our business growth strategy and offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales expertise within a supportive and results-driven environment.

What you'll be doing

• Making outbound calls to prospective clients to identify and qualify sales opportunities
• Presenting company products and services effectively to potential customers through persuasive communication
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to establish long-term business connections
• Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis
• Following up with leads and prospects to nurture them through the sales pipeline
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing client enquiries and concerns professionally
• Collaborating with team members and management to share best practices and strategies for improved performance
• Participating in product training sessions to maintain knowledge of current offerings and market trends

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or a similar customer-facing sales role
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively over the telephone
• A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions
• High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively and professionally
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously
• Fluency in Malay & English & Mandarin would be advantageous
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous self‑improvement
• Preferably, candidates with previous experience in the specific industry or sector we serve would be advantageous
