Job summary
Jora Malaysia is seeking a SME Telesales Executive to drive new business and support existing customers in Kuala Lumpur. You will contact potential SME clients, present our products, tailor solutions to their needs, and work toward defined sales targets.
The role emphasizes strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin an advantage. Basic salary plus commission, training, annual leave, and medical benefits are provided.
Qualifications
- Minimum education of SPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, sales SME loan, or customer service is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin considered an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
