SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd. is a growing BPO and technology solutions provider with a focus on telemarketing leadership in Petaling Jaya. The role involves guiding a team of telemarketing executives, coaching performance, and resolving higher-level customer issues to maintain service quality.

The position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate a team in a target-driven environment. On-site work at the PJ office is expected.

Qualifications

• Must speak English and communicate effectively.
• Experience in telemarketing with leadership preferred.
• Willing to work on-site in PJ office.

Responsabilités

• Monitor key metrics and provide regular reports to management
• Ensure team compliance with company scripts, policies, and quality standards

Requirements

• English is required
• Previous experience in telemarketing with leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and manage a team in a target-driven environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Willing to work on-site in the PJ office
