A leading BPO and Technology Solutions provider is seeking a Telemarketing Executive to identify new business opportunities and provide outstanding service in the Automotive sector. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma or degree in Marketing or Sales, possess strong communication skills, and have 1-2 years of telemarketing experience. This is a full-time position with a basic salary of RM3,000 and benefits including EPF, SOCSO, and career advancement opportunities.

As we continue our rapid expansion, we are on the lookout for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Telemarketing Executive, providing outstanding support to our renowned clients in the Automotive sector with outstanding service and professionalism.

Position

Telemarketing Executive (English Written & Verbal, On‑site)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold‑calling and email campaigns to potential customers
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
• Build relationships with potential customers, understand their needs, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell our products and services
• Generate and follow up on leads, converting them into sales appointments and ultimately into closed deals
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, with a focus on increasing revenue growth and market share
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to stay up‑to‑date on new products and services and gather insights on customer needs
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
• Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly

Job Type

• Rotational shift, 5 days a week
