Job summary

SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd. is a BPO and Technology Solutions provider seeking driven professionals for a telemarketing role in Malaysia. You will conduct outbound calls to promote products, explain features, and generate leads to achieve sales targets.

You will handle objections, build rapport, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure a positive customer experience while meeting KPIs. Strong English communication and a team mindset are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Telemarketing, Sales or Customer Service (sales-focused).
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Ability to handle rejection and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Comfortable working independently or in a team.
