You will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to sell, cross-sell, or upgrade services within one of four specialized divisions: Healthcare, Finance, Retail, and the Public Sector.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and close sales
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Provide support to the team to achieve predetermined revenue targets
• Handle customer objections and resolve conflicts professionally
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction and provide a knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, confident and proactive point of contact to customers
