MYSense in Malaysia, Selangor is seeking a Telemarketing Executive to join our Business Development team. You will reach out to prospective clients via cold calls, generate leads, and support promotional campaigns with internal teams.

We offer a base salary up to RM8K with commissions, uncapped incentives up to RM7,000, and a 1-day work-from-home option, plus comprehensive training and clear opportunities for advancement in a dynamic environment. A laptop is provided.

Qualifications

• Education: Professional Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant experience in Marketing, Sales, Telemarketing, Telesales, cold calling and outbound call is a plus.
• Young, bold, enthusiastic, and passionate about sales with strong initiative and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Outreach: Contact prospective clients through cold calling, lead generation, and online research.
• Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to tailor solutions and update promotional campaigns.
• Goal Achievement: Generate client appointments to meet KPIs and business development goals.
