Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking candidates for outbound sales roles. Fresh graduates are welcome, with or without experience. You will engage customers via outbound calls, explain product benefits, and persuade upgrades while attending events as needed.

Training will be provided to help you succeed in a dynamic environment. Working hours are 9AM–6PM or 10AM–7PM, Monday to Friday with alternating Saturdays and public holidays off.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome, with or without relevant experience.
• Good communication in English and Chinese.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote the product to potential customers.
• Explain the benefits and details of the product to customers.
• Persuade customers to upgrade or change their current plan.
• Attend events and roadshows when required.
• Develop and manage the potential account pipeline.

Outbound calls to potential customer to promote about the product.

Explaining the benefits and details to the customer.

Persuading the customer to upgrade/change their current plan.

Attend events and roadshows when required.

Develop the potential account pipeline.

Working Hours : 9AM – 6PM or 10AM - 7PM

Working Days : Monday – Friday, Saturday alternate, excluding Public Holidays

Working hours may be adjusted depending on the operation

Remuneration Package

Basic salary: up to RM3,000 per month

Commission

Attendance allowance: RM100

Chinese Language allowance: RM300 (If applicable)
