You will coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and vendors, conduct regular site inspections, and address on-site challenges to maintain progress and design compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential for this role.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in telecom infrastructure, construction, or site supervision.
• Understanding of construction drawings, site layouts and telecom installations.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation of telecom infrastructure, including towers, antennas, and fiber optic cables
• Ensure projects are completed on time, following safety guidelines and industry standards
