Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking with proven experience in planning, monitoring and managing telecommunications projects and site works in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on FTTH/ODN deployment, subcontractor coordination, and delivering projects on schedule and to spec. You will lead site teams, manage risks, quality and resources, and liaise with clients and consultants as required.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a related field.
• At least 3 years of PM experience in telecom infrastructure deployment (FTTH/ODN).
• Experience managing subcontractors, site teams, schedules, and customer relations.
• Strong knowledge of FTTH deployment, transmission networks, and project processes.
• Excellent planning, scheduling, risk, quality, and material management.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willing to work outstation when required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and manage projects and site works.
• Review progress, claims, variation orders and resources at site.
• Attend meetings with consultants, clients, main contractors, suppliers.
• Ensure works are executed according to schedule and specifications.
