• Handle customer enquiries by phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Explain telco plans, application requirements and service procedures accurately.
• Follow up applications, activation, number porting and after-sales enquiries.
• Record complaints, coordinate solutions and escalated unresolved cases.
• Maintain accurate customer records and protect confidential information.
• Patient, customer-focused and able to communicate clearly.
• Basic computer, email and spreadsheet skills.
