TELCO Management Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email. You will explain telco plans, application requirements and service procedures accurately, and assist customers throughout the process.

The role includes following up on applications, activations, number porting and after-sales inquiries, recording complaints and coordinating solutions.

• Fresh graduates welcome; customer service or telco experience is an advantage.

• Handle customer enquiries by phone, WhatsApp and email / 通过电话、WhatsApp及电邮处理客户咨询。
• Explain telco plans, application requirements and service procedures accurately / 准确说明电讯配套、申请要求及服务流程。
• Follow up applications, activation, number porting and after-sales enquiries / 跟进申请、开通、转台及售后咨询。
• Record complaints, coordinate solutions and escalated unresolved cases / 记录投诉、协调解决方案并上报未解决个案。
• Maintain accurate customer records and protect confidential information / 维护准确客户记录并保护资料。
• Patient, customer-focused and able to communicate clearly / 有耐心、服务意识强、沟通清晰。
• Basic computer, email and spreadsheet skills / 具备基本电脑、电邮及表格操作能力。
• Fresh graduates welcome; customer service or telco experience is an advantage / 欢迎应届毕业生，有客服或电讯经验者优先。
• Monthly basic salary RM2,400-RM3,200, depending on experience and skills / 月基本薪资RM2,400-RM3,200，按经验与能力决定。
• Full-time role based at Johor Bahru HQ / 全职岗位，工作地点为新山总部。
