Job summary

TWY Search International (M) Sdn Bhd invites fresh graduates for a full-time customer service role in Kuala Lumpur. Training is provided, with a basic pay up to RM 2,800 for degree graduates.

You will liaise with customers, handle inquiries and complaints, process orders, and assist with administration and stock control. Role requires good English and Bahasa, strong communication, and willingness to work at Capital Square Kuala Lumpur, easily accessible by LRT/Monorail/Bus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field is required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training is provided.
• Excellent communication in English and Bahasa, with good local dialect skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers via call, email or face to face.
• Provide service and support to all customer inquiries and complaints.
• Process and handle customer orders.
• Generate administration reports.
• Handle inventory and stock management.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned.
