Job summary

TELCO Management Sdn Bhd is inviting applications for a full‑time role based at the Johor Bahru HQ. The successful candidate will support telco sales agents with daily enquiries and application procedures, ensuring documents are complete and submitted in a timely manner.

The role also involves tracking activations and porting, maintaining agent records and commissions, and coordinating with sales, customer service and operations to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Assist telco sales agents with daily enquiries and application procedures.
• Check application documents for completeness and coordinate submission.
• Track activation, number porting and pending cases; update agents promptly.
• Maintain agent records, sales tracking and commission reconciliation records.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service and operations to resolve agent issues.
• Communicate current product information and assist with agent onboarding arrangements.
• Organised, detail-oriented and responsive.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Fresh graduates welcome; sales administration, dealer support or telco experience is advantageous.
