Job summary

Systems Limited - APAC in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Business Analyst to connect business needs with technology in the Telecom domain. You will own requirements, map processes, and drive system integrations with REST APIs and data flows.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, writing BRD/FRD, user stories and workflows, and collaborating in Agile teams using JIRA, Confluence and Visio. Strong communication and leadership will help deliver digital platforms and successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years as a Business Analyst in the Telecom domain.
• Proven experience delivering software apps and digital platforms, not network infra.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and requirement ownership.
• Deep understanding of system integrations, REST APIs, and data mapping.
• Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Strong documentation skills (BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows, use cases).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
