Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking Technicians for on-site service at Johor, Penang, and Perak. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining consumer electronics across multiple locations.

You will handle customer inquiries, prepare service reports, and ensure accurate documentation after visits. A diploma or bachelor’s degree is required, with strong technical aptitude and the ability to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Tech Savvy, with basic computer knowledge.
• Apply basic and some advanced skills in procedures/techniques/tools/materials/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Onsite troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning products, diagnosing technical issues and implementing solutions promptly.
• Perform maintenance and support services as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries / claims professionally and efficiently.
• Prepare documents and system updates after site visits (Certificates, Service reports, etc.).
