Job summary

ITL Security Solution (M) Sdn Bhd – Puchong New Village is seeking an onsite electrical technician to respond to customer calls and ensure sites are functional. The role requires basic wiring, troubleshooting, and the ability to work overtime or emergency calls.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with a driving license are preferred, and you should be physically fit to perform maintenance work onsite with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Possess basic electrical wiring and installation skills.
• Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and wiring connections is an added advantage.
• Candidates with a driving license are preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
• Able to work overtime, weekends, or attend emergency service calls when necessary.
• Physically fit and able to perform onsite technical and maintenance work.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and under pressure when required.
• Possess basic troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all customer's calls and ensure that customer site is in working condition.
• Ability to demonstrate and technically oriented with good analytical skills.
• Mature and able to work with minimum supervision. Able to handle customer's complaints.
• Follow company's SOP and safety guidelines during onsite work.
• Prepare service reports and update job status to management.
• Assist in testing & commissioning of new projects.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of new projects.
