Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance within the building.
• Handle repair and maintenance work for building facilities and equipment.
• Handle minor maintenance issues across different areas.
• Monitor and arrange fuel, lubricants and repair parts when required.
• Follow workplace safety, fire and emergency procedures.
• Identify and report potential hazards and unsafe conditions.
• Record security incidents and accidents according to building requirements.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Engineering team.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
