Job summary

SICK Sdn Bhd in Kulai, Johor, is seeking a Production Technician to set up and install new equipment, perform routine maintenance, and support production lines in a fast-paced environment.

You will troubleshoot issues to improve machine utilization, ensure compliance with quality standards, and keep systematic maintenance records for traceability.

Qualifications

• Basic electrical / electronics knowledge.
• Knowledge in automation and control system will be added advantage.
• Good knowledge in mechanical & production equipment.
• Basic pneumatic knowledge.
• Added advantage on machining and fabrication skills.
• Min 3 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform set-up & installation of new equipment and machines.
• Trouble-shoot to resolve machine inefficiency and problems to improve machine utilization and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance to quality standard and requirements.
• Maintain systematic records of maintenance activities for traceability and analysis in event of quality issues.
• Maintain discipline and good housekeeping practice.
