Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensure the database HITS, KCIS, EMRA and INFINITT PACS stability and reliability.
• Ensure the HITS, KCIS and INFINITT PACS system runs in a good condition.
• Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
• Key in and update the inventory list in the Equipment Masterlist System.
• Ensure computer and hardware configurations follow IT Security audit requirements.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare IT regulations and data privacy laws.
• Implement cybersecurity measures and data protection protocols.
• Monitor security of all technology (Anti-Virus and Active Directory domain control).
• Advise staff of security breaches and/or changes in password or security status.
• Identify and prepare hardware for disposal when appropriate, ensuring it is stripped and secured before disposal.
• Arrange, maintain and monitor LCD and Notebook usage for internal and external training or seminars.
• Ensure the PA system is in good condition.
• Ensure proper setup, installation and relocation of desktop PCs, laptops, printers and other peripherals.
• Replace parts as required and load all required software.
• Assist with other IT-related hardware such as Wi‑Fi Access points, network switches, tablets and modems.
• Backup users' computer and server data.
• Work continuously on a task until completion (or refer to third parties if appropriate).
• Handle all network, hardware and software upgrades, failures, repairs and replacements internally and with our IT supplier.

Qualifications
