Job summary

DBK Legacy Ventures is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to monitor and maintain servers, including cloud environments, network devices, and other IT infrastructure components to ensure continuous operation and high performance.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues; assist in infrastructure projects such as store openings, renovations, and system upgrades; perform preventive maintenance and document SOPs and procedures for operational consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues for business systems
• Assist in the implementation of infrastructure projects, including store openings, closures, renovations, and system upgrades
• Perform preventive maintenance and system checks to minimize downtime and ensure reliability
• Assist in documenting SOPs, user guides, and technical procedures for operational consistency
• Support change management processes, ensuring proper logging and adherence to policies
• Maintain accurate inventory and life-cycle records of infrastructure assets
• Monitor system performance, report incidents, and elevate issues as required
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Applications and Helpdesk, to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Follow IT security policies and best practices to maintain network and system integrity
• Develop proactive analysis of capacity planning and performance upgrade plans

Job description

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
