Job summary

CS Laundry System Sdn Bhd is seeking a Commercial Laundry / Coin Laundry Technician to join our technical service team. You will install, service, troubleshoot and maintain commercial laundry and self-service laundry equipment at customer sites.

The role covers preventive maintenance, repairs, installation, dismantling, testing and commissioning, plus on-site project work. Candidates with experience in electrical, mechanical or industrial equipment servicing and a valid means of transport are

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience in servicing commercial laundry equipment, washing machines, dryers or industrial machinery will be an advantage.
• Candidates with experience in electrical, mechanical, appliance or industrial equipment servicing are encouraged to apply.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Possess own transport and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot and maintain commercial laundry and self-service laundry equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to schedule for equipment under warranty or service contracts.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment under warranty, service contracts, or paid basis.
• Assist customers with technical issues and provide on-site support.
• Handle project and site work including installation, dismantling, testing, and commissioning.

Job description

We are looking for a Commercial Laundry / Coin Laundry Technician to join our technical service team. You will be responsible for the installation, servicing, troubleshooting and maintenance of commercial laundry and self-service laundry equipment at customer sites.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Perform preventive maintenance service according to schedule for all the equipment which is still under warranty or service contract or on paid basis.

Troubleshoot and repair equipment which are still under warranty or service contract or on paid basis.

To serve and assist the customer in matter related to all technical issues.

To involve in all the technical activities such as installation, dismantling, testing, and commissioning.

To handle project and site work when required.

REQUIREMENT

Certificate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.

Experience in servicing commercial laundry equipment, washing machines, dryers or industrial machinery will be an advantage.

Candidates with experience in electrical, mechanical, appliance or industrial equipment servicing are encouraged to apply.

Posses own transport (eg: car / motorbike) and willing to travel.
