ibis Styles Johor Iskandar Puteri is seeking a Maintenance Manager to ensure the hotel’s facilities are reliable, safe and well-maintained. You will lead maintenance activities, implement preventive programs, and uphold ACCOR policies to protect guests and staff.

You will also monitor energy use, coordinate regulatory compliance, and respond promptly to emergencies while guiding the team to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Possess at least Professional Certification and specialized in Maintenance.
• To be conversational fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and direct all maintenance policies and procedures.
• Ensure hotel facilities operate safely and efficiently.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate regulatory procedures and compliance across the property.
• Act quickly in emergencies per standing regulations and notify management as needed.

Job Description

• Under the general guidance and supervision of the Maintenance Manager, and within the limits established by ACCOR Hotels Corporate/maintenance policies and procedures.
• To be responsible and directs all aspects of maintenance policies and procedures.
• To ensure the properties and interests of the Hotel's guest and employees are safeguard against loss, damages or another toward incident.
• In the event of emergency, to make immediate action as required under the Hotel's standing regulations and to notify the management immediately of the action taken.
• To track and optimizes energy consumption, implement and follow up the preventive maintenance program and to guarantees a high standard of equipment maintenance.
• Responsible for the technical smooth running and maintenance of the hotel's installation and to coordinate as well as to manage the regulatory procedures and to follow up processes.

Qualifications
