Qualifications

• Certificate in mechanical and electrical integration (SKM or PW4).
• More than 2 years of mechanical maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic principles is a plus.
• Trained in maintenance and quality systems.
• Strong safety mindset and environmental awareness.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
• Reading technical drawings is an advantage.
• English speaking/writing ability is a plus.
• Strong professional dedication.

Responsibilities

• Install new equipment and supplementary structures in the factory.
• Prepare preventive maintenance plans with supervisor.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to equipment documentation.
• Carry out routine repairs during breakdowns in production.
• Read and interpret technical drawings to diagnose breakdowns.
• Daily inspection of workshop equipment.
• Monitor consumption of maintenance consumables to reduce costs.
• Carry out equipment preventive and routine maintenance.
• Perform metal working/fabrication tasks as required.
• Set up machines before production starts.
• Handle other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Job description

1. Installation of new equipment and supplementary structures in the factory.
2. Preparation of preventive maintenance plans in cooperation with the supervisor.
3. Perform preventive maintenance plans according to equipment documentation, to ensure the normal operation of equipment.
4. Perform routine equipment repairs in the event of a breakdown and solve the related technical problems in the production process.
5. Reading and understanding technical drawings to solve equipment breakdowns.
6. Perform daily inspection of workshop equipment.
7. Control the consumption of maintenance consumables and reduce maintenance costs.
8. Equipment preventive and routine maintenance.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

1. Mechanical and electrical integration need to have certificates SKM or PW4.

5. Strong sense of safety and environmental protection.
