Qualifications

• Minimum certificate or Diploma in electrical or mechanical qualification.
• Minimum 2 years' recent, relevant technical skills.
• Experience with automated machines and pneumatic/electrical/mechanical systems.
• Willing to work rotating shifts and day shifts as required.
• FMCG factory experience is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and time‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of production machines, including emergency unscheduled repairs.
• Carry out scheduled maintenance during machine service.
• Read manuals and work orders to conduct maintenance tasks and tests.
• Diagnose faults, replace/repair parts, test, adjust and document changes.
• Update and maintain startup and maintenance checklists.
• Write daily work reports and shift activities.

Job description

Perform highly diversified duties to maintain production machines.

Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.

Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.

Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments and record changes

Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.

Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.

Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.

Check and update all equipment start up and maintenance checklist are updated timely.

Write daily work reports/shift activities and report daily.

Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

Carry out other duties assigned by Superior.

Requirement

Candidate must possess minimum certificate or Diploma in electrical / mechanical qualification.

Minimum of 2 years recent, relevant technical skills.

Can work with minimum supervision and independent.

Have experience on automated machine troubleshooting, including pneumatic, electrical and mechanical systems.

Required work on rotating shifts.

Required to work during of day whenever required.

Ideally with working experience on automated assembly and test machines.

Worked in FMCG factory before.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Great organizational and time management abilities
