OPS PAPER PRODUCTS SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on our automated packaging machinery, ensuring smooth operation and high performance.

You will troubleshoot breakdowns, diagnose faults, repair equipment, and create clear maintenance procedures while complying with health and safety regulations. Collaboration with other departments is essential to support production efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in routine and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose faults on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of pumps, gearboxes, piping fittings and related components.
• Ability to prepare clear technical documentation and reports.
• Computer literacy for maintenance records and reports.

Description du poste

To perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machines to keep them running smoothly.

To minimize machine down time, perform trouble shooting and implement corrective action.

Responding to machine breakdown, diagnosing faults and repairing.

Create and review machine maintenance procedures as and when necessary. Ensure maintenance activities are complying with health and safety regulations.

Work closely with other departments to ensure related machinery is maintained for high performance.

Job Requirement:

Knowledge in other related mechanical / electrical job – gearbox, motor gearbox, machinery troubleshooting, bearing and weigh scale.

Knowledge and experienced in details about inside outside pump, pump base, piping fittings, flanges, gasket compatibility, torque wrench application, structure fabrication.

Ability to prepare a clear and comprehensive technical documentation.

Our corrugated carton box plant is located in Senawang and Rawang, while our paper core plants are in Pulau Indah and Sg. Buloh. Currently, our company is undergoing expansion.

Although we have expanded our product portfolio to include paper core products, we remain focused on manufacturing corrugated carton boxes, which is the company’s core business.

The acquisition of two paper core product companies was part of our strategy to integrate all our paper packaging solutions under one entity, achieving operational and cost efficiency while enabling us to address a niche market segment.
