Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on technical writing experience in a software/IT environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in clear, concise language.
• Familiarity with software development concepts, APIs, and versioning.

Responsibilities

• Research, write, and edit technical documentation including API docs, SOPs, release notes, and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical information.
• Organize and maintain internal documentation libraries.
