Job summary

StoreHub in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Technical Writer & Knowledge Base Specialist to translate complex product features into clear, actionable documentation. You will manage our external merchant help articles and internal staff training materials, acting as a bridge between Product teams and users.

In this role you will coordinate product releases, create and maintain documentation, and accelerate content creation using AI tools while ensuring high quality and consistency across all resources.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English with ability to translate complex tech into user-friendly language.
• Experience coordinating across Product, Engineering and Support teams.
• Familiarity with documentation platforms and content governance.

Responsibilities

• Own Documentation & Knowledge Management: external merchant articles and internal staff training to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate Product Releases: review specs and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Content Creation: produce release notes and support materials with quality standards.
• Scale Through Efficiency: leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows and improve search relevance.
• Data-Driven Improvement: analyze KB analytics to identify gaps and opportunities for self-service.
• Enablement & Training: schedule demos and deliver product launch briefings for teams.
• Standardization: develop templates and style guides for consistent voice across products.
