Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field; solid IT troubleshooting background.
• Expert proficiency in IT Troubleshooting; strong root-cause analysis abilities.
• Intermediate proficiency in Engineering Support; ability to assist cross-functionally.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in related skills as stated in the job brief.
