Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Team Lead in Kuala Lumpur to oversee a multinational data analysis team for a prestigious client. You will guide analysts, ensure quality deliverables, and align work with client expectations.

You will drive workflow improvements, mentor staff, and coordinate with delivery leads and client teams while forecasting output and scheduling resources. Fluent English is required; additional languages and strong MS Office skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of team-lead experience.
• Proven team leadership with track record of success.

• Manage ad-hoc operational projects and process improvement initiatives as per client requirements;

• Forecast team output and support scheduling of agents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree 2-4 years of work experience as Team Lead & university education;
• Team leadership experience and proven track record of success in previous work;
• Fluency in English Good knowledge of other foreign language(s) will be an asset;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Japanese.
