Job summary

InternHunt in KL HQ is offering a Technical Support Intern position for a November intake. The role involves delivering technology products and services, coordinating with internal teams, and handling on-site and off-site tasks.

You must be pursuing or recently completed an IT-related degree, with a minimum 12 weeks duration, and languages Bahasa Malaysia and English. Training is provided and transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Education: Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's in IT/CS/CE or related field.
• Duration: Minimum 12 weeks (3 months).
• Training: Provided.
• Language: Bahasa Malaysia and English required.
• Attributes: Willing to learn and work on designated project hours; customer-oriented.
• Transport: Must possess own transportation & license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services.
• Manage external vendor relationships and services.
• Complete all assigned tasks within a given time frame; tasks include on-site and off-site mechanical, electrical, software, and hardware work.
• Be able to work after hours on deployment periods or during weekends/public holidays when required.
• Respond quickly to support requests via call, email, or instruction.
• Explain causes and solutions clearly to clients/users.
• Collaborate with internal technical/software teams or external clients to solve issues.
