Job summary

Hatch Asia is seeking an exceptional maintenance professional to contribute to sustainable growth by ensuring fleet health and delivering top‑line service standards in SEA. You will support ongoing maintenance of engines, compressors, and control systems, apply data‑driven improvements, and uphold ISO compliance across the region.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical/electronic/mechatronic engineering, with a pragmatic mindset and strong communication abilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of ASR products and related equipment.
• Experience with engines, electronic engines, compressors and controls.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills; able to work in multicultural settings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure healthy fleet life in terms of aging, availability and aesthetics.
• Regular check and monitoring of fleet tagging, decals, appearance and cleanness.
• Breakdown analysis with action plans and protocols (internal/external).
• Develop SOPs for maintenance, onsite and offsite.
• Daily technical support to the team and related continuous improvement projects.
• Drive uptime and insights as a pro-active business tool.
• Address problems and opportunities in service strategy to outperform competition.
• Resolve customer disputes regarding service delivery and performance.
• Visit and evaluate customer feedback, provide advice and training when required.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and regulatory requirements.
