Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Support Executive for CCTV and access control systems, based in Singapore. The role involves hands-on support, installation, and training for customers across CCTV, biometric and access control products.

You will diagnose hardware, software, network and integration faults and help keep projects running smoothly with internal teams and vendors. Exposure to security tech and networking is essential.

Qualifications

• Background in networking, IP configuration and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to CCTV, biometric or access control systems (e.g. Hikvision, Dahua, ZKTeco) would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide support by phone, email and onsite visits for CCTV, biometric and access control systems.
• Diagnose hardware, software, network and integration faults and resolve them.
• Install, configure, test and commission systems, including product checks before deployment.
• Understand customers' technical needs and recommend suitable security products and solutions.
• Train customers on products and software after installation.
• Support project presentations, system demonstrations and handovers.
• Work with customers, vendors, contractors and internal teams to keep projects running smoothly.
• Keep up with the latest security, networking and surveillance technologies.

Technical Support Executive (CCTV / Access Control) - Based in Singapore

Working hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri), Saturday half day

Hands-on exposure to CCTV and access control

Job Scope

Support customers by phone, email and onsite visits on CCTV, biometric and access control systems

Diagnose hardware, software, network and integration faults and resolve them effectively

Install, configure, test and commission systems, including product and application checks before deployment

Understand customers' technical needs and recommend suitable security products and solutions

Train customers on products and software once installation is complete

Support project presentations, system demonstrations and handovers

Work with customers, vendors, contractors and internal teams to keep projects running smoothly

Keep up with the latest security, networking and surveillance technologies

Job Requirements
