Job summary

Infinite QL Group Of Companies in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Maintenance Technician (CCTV & Security Systems) to maintain, troubleshoot and install CCTV, Access Control, Alarm, and related systems at customer sites. You’ll gain hands-on field experience while supporting preventive and corrective maintenance on Security/ELV installations.

We look for candidates with a Certificate/SKM/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, IT or Networking, basic networking knowledge, and strong troubleshooting and

Qualifications

• Certificate/SKM/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, IT, Networking or related field
• Basic knowledge of electrical, cabling and computer networking
• Hands-on and willing to perform installation and field work
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and communicate with customers
• Valid driving licence preferred

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites
• Troubleshoot and repair CCTV, Access Control, Alarm and other Security/ELV systems
• Install cameras, card readers, controllers, sensors and related equipment
• Perform minor cabling, cable pulling, termination, trunking and equipment mounting
• Perform basic TCP/IP network and system troubleshooting
• Replace faulty equipment and carry out testing and commissioning
• Attend customer breakdown/service calls and provide on-site technical support
• Prepare service and maintenance reports
• Support installation and upgrading works when required
• Participate in standby/on-call support when scheduled
