Qualifications

• Ability to provide effective second-level (L2) support for on-site issues, including deep troubleshooting, reviewing system logs, and checking configuration parameters.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; reliable in conflict resolution.
• Willingness to work long hours in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
• Experience with Brown label machines or similar hardware is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot hardware or software issues, focusing on Brown label machines, and coordinate Field service support and Field engineer activities, spare parts status and logistics, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage hardware and software issues, serving as liaison between service providers and vendors for training, modules, and parts.
• Conduct technical analysis on problematic Brown label machines and provide findings and action.
• Prepare technical analysis and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze machine performance and share findings and proposed actions with FSS/CE.
• Provide operational technical support to FSS and field engineers, guide on troubleshooting per the troubleshooting handbook.
• Monitor preventive maintenance plan (FSS) on a nationwide scale.
• Oversee spare parts inventory – daily in/out, spare reconciliation.
• Generate and prepare technical reports.
• Hold monthly meetings with Higher management.
• Communicate with customers on machine hardware issues – explain the issue and action plan.
