Job summary

ZWSOFT in Malaysia seeks a technical enablement and sales-support specialist to boost partner capabilities for ZW3D and ZWCAD. You will drive demonstrations, training, and post-sale guidance for local accounts, ensuring successful implementations.

You will also tailor technical resources for the Malaysia market, support marketing campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet local growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in manufacturing-related disciplines such as Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation, Mold Design and Manufacturing, Electrical and Electronics, or other relevant fields.
• At least 2 years of professional experience applying CAD, CAE, and CAM software, especially mainstream 3D CAD tools.
• Strong communication and proposal writing skills, collaborative teamwork, willingness to share knowledge, and willingness to take on challenges.
• Ability to accommodate moderate-frequency business travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute training and assessment programs for local partners in Malaysia on ZW3D and ZWCAD.
• Generate pre-sales solutions and deliver product value demonstrations for Malaysia's manufacturing sector.
• Lead deployment of ZW3D, ZWCAD, and related products for key accounts in Malaysia, including onboarding and after-sales guidance.
• Localize technical resources for the Malaysia market and develop local industry solutions.
• Provide technical support for marketing campaigns and promotional materials in Malaysia.

Job description

• 1.Technical Enablement & Training – Develop and execute training and assessment programs to enhance pre-sales and post-sales capabilities for local partners in Malaysia on products such as ZW3D and ZWCAD. Establish tracking records to monitor progress and empower partner growth.
• 2.Sales Pre-Sales Support & SOP Extension – generate pre-sales solutions and deliver product value demonstrations for end customers in Malaysia's manufacturing (MFG) industry, targeting products including ZW3D and ZWCAD, to drive business process advancement. And finally Enable to the Local Partner like Point 1.
• 3.Product Application, Implementation & SOP Extension – Lead the deployment of ZW3D, ZWCAD, and related products for key accounts in Malaysia, including product onboarding, application training, and after-sales guidance. Coordinate with additional technical and R&D resources as needed to ensure successful implementation for local key accounts. And finally Enable to the Local Partner like Point 1.
• 4.Localization of Technical Resources – Adapt headquarters' standard technical resources to fit the specific characteristics of the Malaysia market, and develop local industry solutions, among other localization initiatives.
• 5.Marketing Event Support – Provide technical support for marketing and promotional campaigns for ZW3D, ZWCAD, and other products in Malaysia. This includes identifying product highlights and value points tailored to local market needs, and collaborating with the marketing department to produce promotional materials.
• 6.Team Mission Collaboration – Collaborate – with colleagues in teamwork to achieve the common target.

Requirments:

1. 1.Education: Bachelor's degree or above in manufacturing-related disciplines such as Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation, Mold Design and Manufacturing, Electrical and Electronics, or other relevant fields.
2. 2.Technical Capability: At least 2 years of professional experience applying CAD, CAE, and CAM software—particularly mainstream 3D CAD design software such as SolidWorks, Siemens NX, PTC Creo, Autodesk Inventor, and Solid Edge—in mechanical design, mold design, or related engineering disciplines. Prior experience with IT, CAD, CAE, or CAM vendors—including principals, distributors, and resellers—is highly desirable. Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in engineering and manufacturing contexts is a plus.
3. 3.Competencies: Strong communication and proposal writing skills, a collaborative team spirit, a passion for knowledge sharing, and the willingness to take on challenges.Experience in project management and implementation is a plus.
