Job summary

ZWSOFT is hiring an Account Executive to drive new business and manage key accounts in Malaysia and Singapore. You will lead generation, build relationships with corporate clients, and support contract negotiations to hit regional targets.

The role focuses on selling CAx software solutions to end-users in manufacturing and construction sectors, with training and regional exposure provided. Based in Malaysia with Singapore coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years B2B sales in manufacturing or related industry.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

About the Role

To support our rapid business expansion in Southeast Asia, we are looking for a dynamic Account Executive to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend expertise with business development, serving end-users in Malaysia and Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities across Malaysia and Singapore through proactive calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing corporate clients.
• Sales Execution: Prepare proposals, quotations, and support contract negotiations to achieve assigned sales targets and drive regional revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferred in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Industrial) or a related field.
• Experience: 3 years of B2B sales experience in the Manufacturing or related industry.
• Language Proficiency: Highly proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
